LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® began as an experiential process created for workshops with adults, designed to stimulate dialogue, encourage reflection and promote problem-solving skills and imagination.

LEGO Serious Play is a guided process applicable for team building, vision and strategy development, product and service innovation, process optimisation or crisis management. But it is also suitable for families, friends, couples and self-reflection. It finds application wherever shared understanding is sought or complex topics need to be understood.

 

 

Research-based, LEGO Serious Play is based on game theory, constructivism and imagination. It allows us to expand our imagination and make our perspectives negotiable, leading to better solutions, innovation or collaboration. Since 70-80% of the nerve cells in our brain are connected to our hands, it makes sense to 'think' with our hands.
