Scope of Application

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded via the online shop of LesPasches called "Papeterie" (including orders through email (info@lespasches.com) or Instagram/Facebook Messenger) (hereinafter referred to as "Order"), excluded are orders made in our "Boutique" via our partner Spreadshirt, for whom specific Terms and Conditions apply. LesPasches reserves the right to amend the GTC. The version of the GTC in force at the time of the order is binding and cannot be unilaterally changed for that order.

 

2. Offers

The offer on LesPasches is valid as long as it is visible in the online shop and/or while stocks last. Price and assortment changes are possible at any time. Small variations (e.g., color differences, etc.) in the delivered items compared to those displayed on the website may occur.

 

3. Order

By clicking on the 'Checkout' link, the purchaser places a binding order; it is also necessary to confirm that they have read and understood the GTC. If an item is not available, the buyer is informed immediately. All orders/deliveries are made according to these GTC. 

 

4. Availability

Items offered in the shop are usually delivered within 2-10 working days. For customizable items or items made to order (in a desired color, with a desired image, etc.), the specified item is ready for shipping within 5-10 working days after order acceptance. In case of longer delivery delays, the buyer is promptly informed.

 

5. Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss Francs and include shipping costs unless otherwise specified. No liability is assumed for possible typographical errors or mistakes. The seller also reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express or others), Apple Pay using the third party provider SumUp. Alternatively, payment via TWINT is possible by contacting info@lespasches.com in advance. After a successful order, a confirmation is immediately sent via email.

 

6. Shipping

Ordered goods are shipped only with advance payment.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery is only made within Switzerland. The delivery time depends on the product and is 2-10 working days from the receipt of payment.
